In the short span of 4 hours, Station 43 responded to 5 calls as a result of severe weather and rain fall during the day.  Crews from Plymouth Fire Company performed a water rescue in their first due along the intersection of Alan Wood Road and Brook Road, the water was up to and over the hood of the vehicle and the subject had to be walked out be fire personnel.  Crews also assisted neighboring Whitemarsh Township with Marine units 43, 43-1 & 43-2.  For more information, click here for the August 2009 Call Log.
